Villa description

Casa Vera is a unique 9-bedroom villa located in the Algarve, Vilamoura. It sleeps up to 25 people and boasts 7 bathrooms in total (5 en-suite, 2 shared), the villa has recently undergone some refurbishment.
The villa is set out over 3 floors, with the first floor on ground level and 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The top floor has a further 2 rooms set out like two 2-bedroom apartments. These both have 2 open bedrooms and a bathroom in each room and one having a further area with 2 pull out single beds.
The two upper floor both have two bedrooms and a bathroom. One has an area with 2 full-sized single beds also. The other has a lounge area for more privacy from the rest of the villa.
All bedrooms have their own terrace and balcony
Downstairs there is a large communal room with a kitchen, bar and large lounge/dining area, with seating for 20 people. In this room there is a pool table, darts room, satellite TV and a cards area.

Outside

Outside there is a beautiful garden with an abundance of flowers and shrubbery. There is an outdoor pool (with shallow and deep ends) and BBQ area, with 12 sun loungers, and 12 beach chairs.
Children, Elderly & Disabled
The villa welcomes children, (cots and highchairs available on request). The gardens are all enclosed by fencing and hedges. There is wheelchair access to the ground floor, but please note there is no wheelchair access to the kitchen or lounge/dining room.

Pets

Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at our villas.

Location

The villa is situated in Vilamoura with a 15 minute walk to the Marina and shops, and a 20-30 minute walk to the beach. The villa is central to all of the prize winning golf courses. The local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, or a short drive to some of the larger supermarkets.

Chef services

We can offer the service of a professional french chef who has been travelling around different countries, creating many different cuisines. He can offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even speciality evenings all cooked within your villa ready for when you arrive home from your long fun packed day out. Some examples of speciality cuisine we can cater for: BBQ, French Gastronomique, Spanish tapas, Italian, Seafood, Vegetarian.

Cleaning Services

There is a maid service on request, if you should want breakfast evening meals this can be organised with the housekeeper at extra cost. A midweek towel change and linen changed on a Friday if you are on a 2 week stay.

Golf

There are several golf courses surrounding the property, one is where they held the world championships in 2005. The nearest golf course is about 5 minute drive away.

Travel

The nearest airport is Faro and it is half an hours drive away. Car hire is recommended if you wish to travel out of Vilamoura.
We can arrange the transfers from the airport to the Villas and even days out and golfing to and from the course!
